1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Le chalo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and our services.

2. Service Description

Le chalo provides a platform to connect customers with professional packers, movers, and transport service providers. While we strive to ensure quality, the final execution of the move is the responsibility of the assigned service partner.

3. User Obligations

Users are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the volume of goods, pickup/delivery locations, and any special requirements. Failure to provide accurate details may result in price adjustments or service cancellation.

4. Liability & Insurance

We recommend all customers opt for transit insurance for their goods. Our liability in case of damage is limited to the terms specified in the individual service contract provided during the booking process.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Le chalo and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
